Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 in 1983. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. She was born in Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of school after her parents split up to move in Los Angeles to live with her mother. Even though she had financial difficulties in 2001, her debut came acting as Rachel's Room's main character. The TV film Murder in Greenwich that she appeared in, where she played 15-years-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. She played the lead protagonist for two seasons and also won a Screen Actors Guild Award. Leaving the series Grace was keen to work as a film actress, and had been cast as the opposite of Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) and opposite Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in 2008. The role was reprised as Kim Mills in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the lead role Alice on Malice in Wonderland a modern take on Lewis Carroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to her role as Shannon in Lost and the final episode. She appeared in 2013's six-season of Californication. The character she plays is Faith she is a fan and muse of the celebrities. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. Gyllenhaal is a part of the family, and is the older sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her first roles were in films of her father when he was an adolescent. Along with her brother, she was also on the screen in Donnie Darko (2000). Later, she was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal won critical praise for her performance as the main character actress in Secretary (2002) as well as in Sherrybaby (2006), an erotic romance drama drama and Sherrybaby (2006). In 2006, she was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award. In 2006, she starred in several commercially successful films, such as World Trade Center. However it was her performance in the role of Rachel Dawes that brought her more attention with The Dark Knight (2008). In the film, her performance as Crazy Heart as a mother who is a single parent earned her nomination for the Academy Award Best Supporting Actress. In the following years, she appeared in dramatics and comedies: Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011) and The Won't Back Down (2012). Other roles she has played include the role of a Secret Service agent in the action-thriller White House Down (2013) as well as a singer in the film Frank (2014) and the title role in the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal was the writer and director of her debut film The Lost Daughter in 2021. The psychological drama won Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. The Lost Daughter was also nominated for the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
